On December 5, 2024, Vast Renewables Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release updating shareholders on progress towards deploying its next generation concentrated solar power (“CSP”) solution to deliver clean, continuous dispatchable power and heat as detailed in the Company's Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) held on November 27, 2024, and reporting the results of the AGM, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.
