MicroAlgo Inc.becomes a Foreign Private Issuer

As of June 30, 2023, which was the last business day of the registrant’s second quarter, MicroAlgo Inc (the “Company”) determined that it would qualify as a foreign private issuer, as that term is defined in Rule 3b-4(c) promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, beginning as of July 1, 2023. As a result, the Company will no longer file annual reports on Form 10-K, quarterly reports on Form 10-Q or current reports on Form 8-K. Instead, it will file its annual report on Form 20-F and other reports on Form 6-K.
