Advance Notice of 2025 Annual Results and 4th Quarter of 2025 Results
Mexico City, January 14, 2026 — Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Vista” or the “Company”) (NYSE: VIST; BMV: VISTA) announced today that it will release its consolidated financial statements for 2025 and the fourth quarter of 2025 on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, after market closes.
The Company will present the results through a webcast on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 8:00 am Mexico City time (9:00 am ET; 11:00 am BAT). The webcast will be accessible on the Company’s website, at https://www.vistaenergy.com/en/investors.
