Ladies and Gentlemen,

We are writing to you in order to comply with the rules of the CNV Rules and the corresponding regulations of ByMA and A3 Mercados

We hereby inform that between December 2, 2025 and December 3, 2025, YPF S.A. (the “Company”) has repurchased a total amount of Ps. 29,308,529,179 (twenty-nine billion three hundred and eight million five hundred and twenty-nine thousand one hundred and seventy-nine Argentine pesos) of its Class XXI Notes (YMCMO) equivalent to a par value of US$ 20,209,098, which will be held in portfolio. The Class XXI Notes, maturing in January 2026, were issued by the Company in January 2023, under the Company’s Frequent Issuer framework. The repurchase has been made at an average price equivalent to 99.46% of their nominal value.
