Other Events
On October 30, 2024, AerCap Holdings N.V. (the “Company”) disclosed in its report on Form 6-K that it was in settlement discussions with certain of the insurers under its contingent and possessed insurance
policy (the “C&P Policy”) for up to approximately $250 million of proceeds in the aggregate. On November 12, 2024, the Company entered into a settlement with one of these insurers, pursuant to which it
expects to receive proceeds amounting to less than half of the $250 million. Following receipt of these proceeds, the insureds’ claim under the Aircraft Hull and Spares and Equipment Coverage section of the C&P Policy will be reduced to

so, in what aggregate amount.
