Ambipar Parent released results for the first quarter of 2024.
Ambipar Emergency Response informs the market that on May 9th, 2024, its parent company, Ambipar Participações e Empreendimentos S.A. (“Ambipar Parent”), announced its results for the three months ended March 31, 2024.
Excerpts of this announcement relating to Ambipar Emergency Response (the “Company”) are furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K. Financial information relating to the Company contained therein has not been audited or reviewed in accordance with the standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) or any other auditing standards. While such financial information has been prepared in good faith and based on information available at the time of preparation, no assurance can be made that actual results will not change as a result of the Company’s management review of results and other factors.
