Adjournment of Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of Argo Blockchain plc convened
for earlier today has been adjourned due to a quorum not being
present within the allotted time under the Company's articles of
association. The meeting will reconvene at 08:30 BST on 1 July
2025, at the same venue: Fladgate LLP, 16 Great Queen Street,
London, WC2B 5DG.
Due to the adjournment, the AGM will not be available to view
through the Investor Meet Company platform. Results of the AGM will
be announced by RNS after the conclusion of the adjourned
AGM.
