Main Facts: | The lawsuit challenges the legality of CPPI Resolution No. 225/2022, related to the privatization of the Company. The plaintiff claims that the changes introduced by CPPI Resolution altered the structure of the Company’s public offering of shares and, for that reason, requested, among other measures, the early granting of the final relief sought or, alternatively, the immediate suspension or annulment of CPPI Resolution No. 225 until such regulatory act is submitted to the Company’s shareholders for consideration at a general meeting. |
Judgment: | On June 10, 2025, the lawsuit challenging the legality of Eletrobras’ privatization was dismissed, with the court rejecting the claims brought by ASEF. |
