On November 14, 2024, Chemomab Therapeutics Ltd. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release titled “Chemomab Therapeutics Announces
Third Quarter 2024 Financial Results and Provides a Corporate Update”, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 herewith. Also ,during the third quarter of 2024 , the Company issued 348,554 ADSs at an average price of $1.993 per ADS under its
Sales Agreement with Roth Capital Partners, LLC, resulting in gross proceeds of $695 thousand.
