NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, as of this date the decision of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense - CADE has been published, approving the acquisition by Equatorial of 15% of Sabesp’s shares then sold by the State of São Paulo, within the scope of the Secondary Public Offering of Common Shares Issued by the Company without restrictions.
Sabesp will keep the market informed of any developments related to the subject matter of this Notice.
