NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Companhia de Saneamento Básico do Estado de São Paulo – Sabesp (“Company” or “Sabesp”), hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, it was the victim of a cyber attack that caused instability in its digital network.
The Company immediately took all security and control measures and put into practice the plan to restore the affected systems.
According to the ongoing forensic investigation, no personal data has been compromised to date. Water supply and sewage collection and treatment operations were not affected by the cyber attack. Sabesp is making the necessary efforts to regularize the integrity of the entire digital network system.
