On February 20, 2025, Diginex Limited (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its shares that currently trade on The Nasdaq Capital Market (“Nasdaq”), are now cross-listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Open Market) and the Tradegate Exchange under the symbol “I0Q” effective February 20, 2025 and that the Company has engaged Kirchhoff Consult GmbH, a leading German investor relations firm. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
