Dear Sirs:

I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte Sociedad Anónima (EDENOR S.A. or the “Company”) in compliance with the current regulations, in order to inform you that today the Company received a letter from Mr. Lisandro Vazquez Giménez expressing his resignation, effective as of today, from the position of Regular Statutory Auditor to which he had been appointed jointly by shareholders B and C at the Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 28, 2025. This resignation is due to his disassociation from the National General Audit Office, the body which, in compliance with Law No. 24,156, proposed his appointment. Mrs. Vivian Haydee Stenghele, who had been appointed as Alternate Statutory Auditor by said shareholders at the meeting, will assume the position in his place.
