and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange regarding Enlight Renewable Energy Ltd. (the “Company”) and some of its outstanding series of notes. An unofficial English translation of such ratings report from the original
Hebrew version is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
