Explanatory Note
On February 10, 2025, Midgoog Ltd., an affiliate of Moody’s Corporation, submitted a periodic ratings report to the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange regarding Enlight
Renewable Energy Ltd. (the “Company”) and new series of notes which the Company is examining the possibility to issue in an amount of up to NIS million par value. An unofficial English translation of such
ratings report from the original binding Hebrew version is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 6-K.
