Explanatory Note

On September 3, 2024, Gorilla Technology Group Inc., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that Bruce Bower was appointed to the position of interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Bower succeeds Daphne Huang. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K.
