Update on the Previously Announced Proposed Acquisition of Trans-Cab

On July 20, 2023, Grab announced the signing of an agreement for Grab Rentals Pte. Ltd., one of its subsidiaries, to acquire 100% of the shares in Trans-Cab Holdings Ltd (“Trans-Cab”). As an update, Grab and the relevant parties will no longer be proceeding with the proposed transaction.
