Results of Special General Meeting

On March 4, 2025, the Company held a Special General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”), at the Company’s offices located at 2 Kaplan Street, Tel Aviv, Israel. The proposals on the Meeting’s agenda are described in the Company’s Proxy Statement for the Meeting, which was attached as Exhibit 99.1 to a Report of Foreign Private Issuer on Form 6-K, furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission, dated February 4, 2025. Each of the proposals were voted upon and approved by the requisite majority of the Company’s shareholders.
