On April 3, 2025, InMode Ltd. (the “Company”) announced that it will hold its Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company on Thursday, May 15, 2025, beginning at 17:00, Israel time, at the offices of the Company located at Tavor Building, Sha’ar Yokneam Industrial Park, Yokneam, Israel. A copy of the proxy statement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
