JE Cleantech Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: JCSE) (“Company”) filed its Annual Report on Form 20-F with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on April 30, 2024. On May 1, 2024, the Company announced its annual results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023, in a press release. A copy of the May 1, 2024, press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 below.
