Lion Group Holding Ltd. (Nasdaq: LGHL) (the “Company”), today announced to hold the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on March 7, 2025.

The Company’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on March 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The meeting will take place at 3 Phillip Street, #15-04 Royal Group Building, Singapore 048693. The matters to be voted on at the meeting are set forth in the Company’s Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on February 18, 2025. Shareholders of record on February 12, 2025 will be eligible to vote at this meeting.
