LLOYDS BANKING GROUP PLC ('GROUP') - NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS
BY PERSON DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ('PDMR') IN
ORDINARY SHARES OF THE GROUP OF 10 PENCE EACH
('SHARES')
Sharesave exercise and disposals
The Group announces that on 14 May 2025 Kate Cheetham, a PDMR,
acquired 17,177 Shares
at 39.40 pence per Share following the exercise of an option
pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Lloyds Banking Group
Sharesave Scheme 2017 and immediately disposed of those
Shares at a price of 73.76 pence per Share. On 15 May
2025, Kate Cheetham sold 681,637 Shares at a price of 74.74 pence
per Share. Following these sales of Shares, Kate Cheetham continues
to comply with the Group's shareholding policy
requirements.
