On February 12, 2025, Portage Biotech Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it received a notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that Nasdaq has accepted the compliance plan from the Company and has granted the Company an extension of time to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum shareholders’ equity requirement for continued listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
