EXPLANATORY NOTE
On November 14, 2024, REE Automotive Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing (i) the departure of Yaron Zaltsman as Chief Financial Officer of the Company, (ii) the appointment of Hai Aviv as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and (iii) the appointment of Rajesh Goel to the board of directors of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 6-K as Exhibit 99.1.
