Siyata Mobile Inc. Announces Agreement Related to Development of Mission Critical Push to Talk Portable Device

Siyata Mobile Inc. (the “Company” or “Siyata”) today announces that it has entered into a development agreement with a fortune 100 U.S.-based telecom company. Under the terms of the agreement, Siyata is eligible to receive up to $1,000,000 through milestone payments in calendar year 2025 tied to the development and certification of a unique mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) portable device.

This agreement reflects the Telecom Company and Siyata’s strategic commitment to developing advanced communication solutions for first responders and public safety personnel. The telecom company and Siyata expect to commercially launch this device in Q1 2026. The terms of the current agreement are currently confidential.
