On June 4, 2025, Siyata Mobile Inc., a British Columbia (Canada) company the (“Company”), issued a press release announcing that Core Gaming, Inc. (“Core Gaming”) a rising innovator in AI-driven creative technologies with whom Siyata recently signed a definitive merger agreement, has entered into a strategic partnership with Guangzhou WeiXuan, a leading AI-focused mobile application development studio.
