the Company has, as part of a long-term incentive program, decided to grant certain employees (the “Participants”) adjustment Restricted Stock Units (“RSUs”) following the exercise of 24,812 original RSUs granted in 2021 and 2022. The Participants
will be granted a total of 2,671 RSUs in the form of restricted stock options.
