I am writing to you in my capacity as Head of Market Relations of Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. (“tgs”), to report that by means of Resolution no. Nº 735/2024 dated November 1, 2024, issued by the Argentine Gas Regulatory Body (“ENARGAS”) -published in the Argentine Official Gazette today-, the ENARGAS approved new Transitory Tariff Charts for the Natural Gas Transportation Service with a 3.5% increase, effective as from its publication in the Official Gazette.
