Investee Company Receives IPO Approval
According to the approval letter posted on the website of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (the “CSRC”) on February 27, 2025, Arashi Vision Inc. (“Arashi Vision,” also known as Insta 360), an investee company of Xunlei Limited (the “Company”), has received the approval from the CSRC for its application of an initial public offering on The Shanghai Stock Exchange STAR Market. As of February 27, 2025, the Company held approximately 8.73% of equity interest of Arashi Vision. The Company expects that the consummation of the initial public offering of Arashi Vision remains subject to various other conditions and procedures.
