The securities to be registered hereby are the units, Class A ordinary shares and rights of ClearThink 1 Acquisition Corp., a Cayman Islands exempted company (the “Registrant”). The description of the units (each consisting of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share), Class A ordinary shares and rights, as set forth under the heading “Description of Securities” in the registration statement initially filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 26, 2026, as amended from time to time (File No. 333-292967) (the “Registration Statement”), to which this Form 8-A relates, is incorporated herein by reference. Any form of prospectus or prospectus supplement to the Registration Statement that includes such descriptions and that are subsequently filed are hereby also incorporated by reference herein.
