On January 12, 2021, the members of Community First Bancshares, MHC (the “MHC”) approved the MHC’s Plan of Conversion and Reorganization.
On January 18, 2021, Community First Bancshares, Inc. announced the expected closing of the mutual-to-stock conversion of the MHC and related stock offering of Affinity Bancshares, Inc. A copy of the
press release is attached as exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
