On
January 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of HF Enterprises Inc.
(the “Company”), at the recommendation of the
Compensation Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors,
set the annual cash compensation for each member of the
Company’s Board of Directors at Twelve Thousand U.S. Dollars
($12,000) per year.

February 4, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the
Company’s intention to change its name to “Alset EHome
