    On February 25, 2021, AppHarvest, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the year ended December 31, 2020 as well as introducing its first quarter 2021 outlook and updating its full-year 2021 forecast. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
