Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 20, 2022, Lynda L. Glass, Executive Vice President/Secretary & Chief Governance Officer of ACNB Corporation (the “Corporation”) notified the Corporation of her intention to retire from all of her positions with the Corporation and its subsidiaries effective the close of business on March 31, 2023. Ms. Glass will continue to serve in her positions through the search process and assist during the subsequent transition.
