On January 29, 2024, GRIID Infrastructure Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company’s common stock and redeemable warrants will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on January 29, 2024 under the symbols “GRDI” and “GRDIW”, respectively. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
