Other Events.

On March 16, 2021, Alleghany Corporation (the “Company”) posted a historical business information supplement regarding results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2020 and prior years to its website, www.alleghany.com, which is available in the Financial Results section of the website. The Company intends to post further updates to the historical business information supplement to its website, www.alleghany.com, on an annual basis following the filing of the Company’s applicable Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
