Item 8.01Other Events

Pursuant to the Registration Statement and a prospectus supplement filed on January 10, 2020, the Company offered an aggregate principal amount of up to $1,956,000 of its Fixed Rate Secured Notes Series UIC-1I (the “Series UIC-1I Offering”). In connection with the Series UIC-1I Offering, the Company, as Issuer, and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, entered into the Thirty-Fifth Supplemental Indenture. Effective as of April 13, 2021 , the Company has reduce the potential offering amount thereunder to $0 and removed specified potential collateral grantable thereunder.
