On October 22, 2024, Avangrid, Inc. (the “Corporation”) issued and posted a news release to its website (www.avangrid.com) announcing its financial results for the nine-month period ended September 30, 2024. A copy of the Corporation’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
