On March 23, 2021, Barings BDC, Inc. (the "Company" or "Barings BDC") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
