On June 17, 2026, Broadcom Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the pricing terms of the previously announced cash tender offers (the “Offers”) for certain of its debt securities. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.

On June 17, 2026, the Company issued a press release announcing the expiration, upsize and results of the Offers. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and is incorporated by reference herein.
