Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 15, 2021, Alpha Metallurgical Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing earnings and other financial results for its fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2020. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
