Item 5.01. Departure of Directors of Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 19, 2021, Hunter C. Gary and Andrew Langham each resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”) of CVR GP, LLC, the general partner of CVR Partners, LP (the “Partnership”). The resignations of Messrs. Gary and Langham from the Board were not the result of any disagreements with the Partnership or any of its officers or employees.
