Item 8.01 Other Events

Dana Incorporated regrets to announce that Jeroen Decleer, Senior Vice President and President, Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems, has passed away after a brief illness. Jeroen consistently distinguished himself through strong business fundamentals, deep industrial knowledge, and his engaging people-first leadership style. Jeroen will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Off-Highway Drive and Motion Systems will report directly to James Kamsickas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, on an interim basis.
