Enbridge Inc. (the ‘Company”) is a foreign private issuer that prepares its management information circular, as required, in accordance with Canadian corporate and securities law requirements. The Company currently files its periodic and current reports on U.S. domestic issuer forms. The Company’s Notice of 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Management Information Circular, dated March 4, 2025, is being concurrently filed with the Canadian securities regulatory authorities and this current report on Form 8-K.
