Other Events.

On February 27, 2024, Five9, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it had priced its offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of Convertible Senior Notes due 2029 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
