Regulation FD Disclosure.

On June 10, 2025, Flutter Entertainment plc issued a press release (the “Press Release”) with respect the recent decision by the Illinois State Legislature to introduce a betting transaction fee on all sports wagers placed within the state from July 1, 2025.
