Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 28, 2025, Flutter Entertainment plc released, via the Regulatory News Service in London, an announcement (the “RNS Announcement”) stating that it will issue its third quarter 2025 financial results and host a webcast and conference call on November 12, 2025, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The RNS Announcement was made in order to comply with disclosure requirements pursuant to the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
