Other Events.

On October 15, 2025, Hillenbrand, Inc., an Indiana corporation (“Hillenbrand”), issued a press release announcing that it had entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by an affiliate of Lone Star Funds (“Lone Star”). A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
