Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

A Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) of Inhibikase Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on August 5, 2024. The following proposal was approved at the Special Meeting by the votes indicated:

Proposal One: To approve, in accordance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(d), the issuance of certain common stock purchase warrants in connection with a private placement and in connection with a warrant inducement.
