Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 28, 2022, Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Andrew Stone to serve in a temporary capacity as Interim Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, in consideration of the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer, Stewart FB Baker, taking a temporary medical leave of absence. Mr. Baker has resumed his position as Chief Financial Officer, and as the Company’s Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, effective immediately following the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021.
